These are comfortable and easy to integrate into your routine. Just wear them as you would a disposable sanitary pad. Fast drying, and more affordable than period pants, these are the easiest swap I ever made.

Designed to be used during the night (or for those with heavy flow), La Petite Ourse pads are soft and cheerful. They can also be suitable for those experiencing mild incontinence. Their grey charcoal bamboo interior is designed to avoid stubborn stains.

Backed with PUL to retain moisture in the pad, the four layers of bamboo are absorbent whilst the microfibre layer keeps you feeling dry.

La Petite Ourse are a Canadian cloth nappy brand established in 2013. Their products are manufactured in China.
Polyurethane Laminate (PUL) is a fabric created by applying an impermeable film to one side of the fabric. It allows waterproofing and breathable qualities, while retaining the other features of the original fabric.

Originally designed for hospitals, it is strong, flexible, breathable, lightweight and can be washed frequently.
Rinse after each use. Dry them before adding them to your laundry basket. Wash with your usual detergent only (no softener).
