Delivery and Returns

I am running an independent start up business, and therefore as I offer a 4 week “buy back” scheme for my bundles and individual nappies, I am currently only operating and shipping to addresses in the UK mainland. Shipping to Europe and internationally has been suspended due to the uncertainty around Brexit.

  • Are shipped using Royal Mail, at a standard charge of £3.50 (standard second class postage only) or £4.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48. Royal Mail Tracked 48 with a signature is also now available at a cost of £4.95

  • Are shipped using Royal Mail, at a standard charge of £2.50.

    Reduced postage rate is by Royal Mail second class only and is not “signed for” or “tracked”. Please select signed for postage rate at checkout if you require it.

    As this is a new venture postage and packaging costs may increase, but prior postage rates live at the time of subscribing will be honoured.

    This cost covers minimal packaging, tape, printing, labels and also now includes money processing fees per transaction.

  • Such as boosters or face coverings are eligible for the reduced postage rate of £2.50 (reduced postage rate increased February 2022 to accommodate bank handling fees).

    Rate is available at checkout for all eligible products.

    Up to 2 boosters or a 2 pack of period pads can be included per envelope.

  • I aim to ship either the same day or next working day following receipt of your order. Announcements will be made on my social media accounts at peak times if I do not expect to meet this.

  • A pick up option is available at checkout for local customers. Please contact me to arrange a time for you to collect your bundle

My packaging envelopes are recyclable. Large orders bigger than my standard envelope size may also be packaged in re-used packaging from other online retailers. I hope my customers will support my attempts to keep costs as low as possible and re-purpose wherever I can.

In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, some products may be delivered as they arrived to me in the manufacturer’s packaging (often plastic bagged) in order to minimise transition of the virus. For those who are most at risk, all items can be washed prior to use.
